Stirling House was designed for a boutique developer seeking an efficient layout with a distinctive identity. The site sits at an irregularly shaped site at a bustling urban intersection, where residential, commercial, and industrial networks converge. The result is a bold residence that turns spatial constraints into opportunities for a distinctive architectural identity.

From the moment of arrival, Stirling House offers a spatial experience designed for comfort and connection. The entrance features a generous car porch beneath an architectural archway, adjacent to an overflowing pool that creates a sense of tranquility and refinement. The ground floor features open living spaces and a dramatic double height dining hall for hosting and celebration.
A sculptural staircase weaves through the home, linking shared spaces to private quarters. One the upper floors, terraces and balconies open the interiors to light and panoramic views. Clerestory windows set within portal frames flood the attic with natural light while framing the skyline views.

Stirling House resolves the challenges of its site through structural and spatial decisions. Each aspect of the design, from the building's form to its layout and details, is carefully considered to enhance both functionality and space. Cross-ventilation and natural lighting were seamlessly integrated, while structural features such as portal frames and double height volumes enhance the space.
